| Job Description | Key Responsibilities • AI feature delivery: implement NLP-based ticket classification, AI-based duplicate detection/clustering, RAG-powered knowledge search, automated summarization, and virtual-agent capabilities (password resets, MFA unlocks, routing, live-agent handoff). • Governance ownership: own compliance with the RFP's AI/GenAI governance requirements — certifying that CalHFA data is never used to train, fine-tune, or calibrate any AI model (including anonymized/aggregated data), and that no CalHFA data is transmitted to or processed by public LLM services (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude). • Safety & auditability: implement input/output validation, hallucination-reduction controls, and full logging/auditability of AI-generated actions (classification, routing, summarization, recommendations). • Ongoing attestation: support the annual attestation of continued AI-governance compliance and the disclosure of AI-related subprocessors, including 30-day advance notice of any subprocessor change. • Pricing transparency: document full AI consumption pricing (token/credit models, rate limits, and cost escalators) for CalHFA's budgeting purposes. | ||||||||
