AI-powered systems and tools that make our team faster and our clients' results better
AI agents and automated workflows that eliminate manual, repetitive work across our team
Internal tools that replace paid SaaS subscriptions built with AI
Client-facing systems and reports powered by AI
API integrations that connect the tools we already use in smarter, faster ways
Scalable processes that other team members can actually use — not just tools that only you understand
Collaborate with a small, fast-moving team on problems that haven't been solved before
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN AI AUTOMATION SPECIALIST:
Hands-on experience building workflows
Comfort working with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) to build real automations and AI agents
Ability to read and work with API documentation and webhooks
Self-taught, bootcamp, or degree — we don't care how you learned, we care what you can do
Strong communication — you'll work closely with non-technical teammates to understand what needs to be built
Experience with AI tools, automation, or workflow building
Any side projects, personal tools, or apps built with AI assistance
