We are seeking an AI Automation & Process Transformation Manager to identify, design, and implement artificial intelligence and workflow automation solutions across the organization.
This individual will evaluate existing business processes, recommend efficiency improvements, deploy AI-powered tools, and drive measurable reductions in manual work while improving productivity, accuracy, and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze departmental workflows and operational processes
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation deployment
- Implement AI tools and workflow automations
- Integrate business systems and data sources
- Lead process redesign initiatives
- Develop productivity metrics and ROI analysis
- Train staff and department leaders
- Manage automation projects from assessment through deployment
- Document workflows and maintain system governance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business process improvement, digital transformation, automation, or systems implementation
- Experience with AI tools and automation platforms
- Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, and business operations
- Experience leading cross-functional projects
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to quantify efficiency gains and cost savings
Preferred
- Power Automate, Zapier, Make, UiPath, or n8n experience
- SQL or Python experience
- Consulting background
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Project Management certification
