AI & Automation Developer - 1975

A fast-paced MCA company is seeking an innovative and highly technical AI & Automation Developer to build tools that streamline and modernize the underwriting process. This role focuses on designing end-to-end automation systems that intelligently capture, analyze, and process customer application data—dramatically improving speed, accuracy, and efficiency across underwriting operations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Building programs that capture incoming emails and route them through internal workflows

• Developing tools to read, interpret, and analyze bank statements

• Extracting key underwriting criteria automatically

• Pulling credit reports through integrated systems

• Generating clear, accurate underwriting summaries for team review

• Creating AI-driven software integrations to automate and optimize the full underwriting pipeline

• Improving operational efficiency with intelligent automation solutions

Ideal Qualifications:

• Strong technical and programming skills

• Experience building AI or automation-driven tools

• Ability to create end-to-end workflow automation systems

• Familiarity with financial data, bank statements, or underwriting processes is a plus
