AI & Automation / Copilot Studio Developer

This role will work closely with senior architects and platform teams to build intelligent agents, automate business processes, and integrate AI capabilities across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure services. 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio development experience in a production environment, including building, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise agents.

Salary Range: $55.00 - $58.00/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits).

Job Description:

• We are looking for two senior developers to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions, with a primary focus on Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development.
• This role will work closely with senior architects and platform teams to build intelligent agents, automate business processes, and integrate AI capabilities across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience Required: 10+ Years
• Microsoft Power Platform Experience: 7+ Years
• 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio development experience in a production environment, including building, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise agents.
• 5+ years of experience with Power Automate, including flows, approvals, error handling, and connectors.
• 7+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
• Experience designing conversational experiences, topics, and workflows.
• Experience integrating Copilot Studio with Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.
• Experience connecting agents to enterprise data sources and knowledge repositories.
• Experience building custom actions and orchestration workflows.
• Experience with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI.
• Experience testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing AI-driven solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation and AI solutions.

Highly Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility experience.
• Experience implementing generative AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
• Experience working with Microsoft Graph APIs and enterprise data integrations.
• SharePoint Online integration experience.
• Prompt engineering and agent orchestration experience.
• Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions in regulated environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and AI governance concepts.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent governance considerations.
