JD: AI Review Consultant / Senior AI Review Analyst
Role Description: Support the execution of enterprise AI governance reviews, ensuring AI use cases are assessed consistently, documented appropriately, and progressed through established governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform AI intake completeness checks and structured risk assessments using approved governance frameworks and rubrics.
• Prepare review summaries, identify gaps/risks, and track conditions, evidence, and remediation actions through closure.
• Support both new AI reviews and periodic reviews while maintaining review records and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with business, AI/IT, Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders to obtain required information and evidence.
• Follow established governance templates, decision criteria, and escalation paths.
• Provide analysis and recommendations but does not own final governance decisions, risk acceptance, policy authority, or executive escalation.
Desired Experience:
• Experience in AI/Model Risk, Responsible AI, Technology Risk, Data Governance knowledge, Compliance, or IT Controls.
• Understanding of AI/GenAI risks, governance controls, privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.
• Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder-management, and follow-up skills.
