Criteria | Expectation |
Seniority & experience | 7–10+ years hands-on software engineering, at Senior, Staff or Lead level scaling distributed systems. |
AI / automation expertise | Applied experience with LLM orchestration, custom prompt pipelines, state management, and asynchronous event processing. |
Core infrastructure | Deep knowledge of cloud ecosystems (GCP/AWS), JVM languages (Java/Kotlin), containerization and microservices architecture. |
AI / Data Science skill set (per Vinayak) | Python, Cloud Functions, Google ADK, agent development, Snowflake, Snowflake Cortex, MongoDB, RAG. |
Preferred tooling / stack | Languages: Java, Kotlin, Python, TypeScript. AI ecosystem: LangChain, OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, vector databases. Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, Redis, Memcache. |
