Title: AI Agent Developer
Locations: San Jose , CA
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $45-$50/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
We are seeking an experienced AI Agent Developer with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production-ready AI agent solutions using modern LLM technologies, RAG architectures, and enterprise data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and Generative AI applications using Python.
- Build solutions leveraging LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
- Develop AI agent workflows and orchestration using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Develop effective prompt engineering strategies to improve LLM accuracy, relevance, and reliability.
- Work with Snowflake and Snowflake Cortex for data access, AI/ML capabilities, and GenAI solutions.
- Write complex SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, and analysis.
- Design and develop REST APIs to integrate AI services with enterprise applications.
- Implement streaming responses using Server-Sent Events (SSE) for real-time AI interactions.
- Integrate LLMs, enterprise data sources, APIs, and AI agent components into scalable applications.
- Use GitHub for source control, collaboration, branching, and code management.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance AI agent applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions.
Required Skills
- 8 10 years of software development experience, with relevant experience in AI/Generative AI.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI development.
- Experience working with LLMs, including GPT, Claude, Gemini, and/or Llama.
- Strong experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering.
- Hands-on experience implementing RAG architectures.
- Experience with Snowflake Database and Snowflake Cortex.
- Strong SQL querying skills.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
- Experience with SSE (Server-Sent Events) and streaming APIs.
- Good understanding of GitHub and Git-based development workflows.
