Job Description:

We are looking for a Specialized AI Agent Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise AI agents within the SmartAssist platform. The role focuses on prompt engineering, agent orchestration, tool integration, and reliable execution of multi-step tasks in a secure enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure specialized AI agents using Python and agent frameworks.

• Design system prompts, instructions, and coordinator workflows for reliable tool calling and task execution.

• Integrate agents with MCP tools, APIs, Skills Registry, and enterprise LLM platforms.

• Implement agent evaluations, integration testing, and performance optimization.

• Ensure security, role-based access control, prompt-injection resistance, and policy compliance.

• Optimize context and token usage for efficient agent execution.

• Troubleshoot agent behavior and document technical designs and solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python development experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.

• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered AI agents using LangChain, Microsoft Agent Framework, or similar tools.

• Expertise in prompt engineering, function calling, and tool orchestration.

• Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and API integrations.

• Experience with Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock.

• Knowledge of Docker, Git, OAuth2, JWT, or enterprise authentication.

• Experience with AI agent evaluation, testing, and debugging.

Preferred Skills:

• Open Policy Agent (OPA), Rego, and role-based access control.

• Multi-agent orchestration and enterprise AI platform development.

• Experience working in large-scale or regulated environments.
