Agronomist

  • Are you an experienced Agronomist ready to take full ownership of crop performance in a progressive, non-sales environment?

The Job Role Details:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Agronomist to support crop production activities within a well-established fresh produce business.

As the Agronomist you will work closely with the Head of Agriculture, you will play a key role in ensuring crops are grown to the highest standards of quality, performance, and sustainability.

This is a non-sales, in-house agronomy role, focused entirely on crop performance and technical delivery rather than commercial input sales.

This is a hands-on, field-based position requiring a proactive individual capable of managing agronomic performance across multiple production sites, while supporting planning, communication, and continuous improvement across operations.
