Agronomist / Crop Advisor - Grow Your Own Book

Sales Agronomist – Central Kansas

gpac is working with a well-established, farmer-owned ag retailer in central Kansas to hire a Sales Agronomist. You'll be the go-to crop advisor for local growers, help them get more out of every acre, and build your own book of agronomy business.

What you'll do:

• Build relationships with new and existing growers and grow seed, fertilizer, and crop protection sales
• Make field-by-field seed, fertility, and chemical recommendations
• Scout crops and pull soil samples
• Run grower meetings and demo plots
• Help plan crop input inventory
• Stay current on new products and technology and share what you learn

What you bring:

• A bachelor's degree in agronomy, soil science, ag education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of agriculture experience
• Great people skills and a self-starter attitude

• $60K–$85K base, depending on experience
