Join our team and support soybean trait development and breeding programs through hands-on field and laboratory work.
Responsibilities:
Process, clean, package, and manage seed inventory
Prepare seed shipments and maintain accurate records
Assist with operating and maintaining field equipment, including planters, threshers, and combines
Operate lab equipment such as seed counters, treaters, packet printers, and label makers
Collect field data by hand or drone
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
Agricultural or farming experience preferred
Knowledge of soybeans and soybean growth stages is a plus
Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
Good communication, organization, and time management skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel and data collection equipment preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour
