What a day looks like
You start the morning scanning overnight updates and reaching out to customers with clear status notes. You map the day’s service schedule, align the right technician to each job, and make sure the crew has the tools and parts prepped. Midday, you’re troubleshooting a tricky repair path with a tech, verifying warranty coverage, and submitting a claim so the customer isn’t waiting. In the afternoon, you’re reviewing labor entries in the payroll system, checking shop cleanliness, and touching base with suppliers, vendors, and factory contacts to keep work moving. Throughout the day, you set the tone—uniforms on point, communication sharp, and a professional attitude front and center. When duty calls, you’re ready for on‑call support to keep customers up and running.
