Agility Adventures is all about building agility, coordination, strength, and confidence through creative obstacle courses, exciting games, and structured movement challenges. It’s high -energy fun in a supportive, positive environment where kids can channel their energy and feel successful - <\/span><\/span>without the technical instruction requirements of gymnastics.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

Responsibilities<\/b> include but are not limited to:
<\/div>
  • Lead engaging Agility Adventures classes featuring obstacle courses, agility drills, games, and structured movement activities
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Create a welcoming, and well -managed class environment
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Set up and take down equipment before and after each class
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Supervise participants closely and use positive guidance strategies to redirect behavior
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Adapt activities to fit different ages, skill levels, and energy levels
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Communicate clearly with families and participants
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Requirements<\/h3>
      • Must be at least 16 years old
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Experience working with children in high -energy settings (camp, sports, childcare, recreation, etc.) preferred
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Comfortable leading and engaging groups of children
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Strong group management skills
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
