  • Support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to system design, integration activities, and end‑to‑end flow analysis for complex hardware/software systems.
  • Participate in systems requirements reviews, technical assessments, and interface standards development.
  • Develop documentation supporting technical issues, system performance requirements, scalability, availability, and security considerations for mid‑to‑large systems.
  • Support integration, verification, and validation efforts throughout iterative Agile releases.
  • Collaborate with software developers, architects, integrators, mission operators, and cybersecurity specialists to ensure cohesive system behavior.
  • Assist with risk identification, mitigation tracking, and configuration management activities.
  • Ensure traceability across user needs, system requirements, Agile features, and test/verification artifacts.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly
  • 6 years of systems engineering experience supporting development, engineering, integration, and testing of complex HW/SW systems
  • Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, functional allocation, architecture development, or technical/non‑technical assessments.
  • Experience developing system performance, availability, scalability, manageability, and security requirements.
  • Experience developing documentation to address program technical issues and training requirements.
  • Experience in analytical or intelligence‑production environments.
  • Experience using Agile and/or spiral development models.
  • Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary engineering environments.
