Introduction

The role is responsible for governing, planning, coordinating, and executing technology releases across multiple delivery teams to ensure changes are implemented safely, predictably, and in compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards. This position serves as the primary point of coordination for release events, providing end-to-end visibility into release health, risk, readiness, and execution while protecting production stability and enabling business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 Years of experience working as Delivery Lead in a Change and Release Support role
• Evaluate release readiness, operational risk, system dependencies, rollback strategies, and implementation impacts before execution
• Background in Release and Change Management role with hands-on experience with Remedy or ServiceNow
• Background in Work Management role with Jira or Azure DevOps experience
• Change and Release management experience - 2 to 3 years

• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
