Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in large enterprise technology organizations.
• Experience supporting financial services or capital markets technology teams.
• Familiarity with application development, solution architecture, automation, testing, and DevOps practices.
• Experience participating in Scrum of Scrums, Agile Release Train events, and Program Increment planning.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews/Demos, Retrospectives, and quarterly planning sessions.
• Own and administer Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, reports, filters, views, and Agile planning tools.
• Coordinate end-to-end production release activities, including Sprint and release scheduling, release calendars, code freezes, UAT coordination, regression testing, change approvals, production deployment readiness, and release sign-offs.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across teams and partner organizations.
• Coordinate Level 3 production support activities and support handover processes.
