Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Agile Framework Expertise

  • Strong experience leading Scrum teams and driving Agile delivery across Oracle Cloud CPQ programs
  • Solid understanding of Scrum (primary) with working knowledge of SAFe / Kanban
  • Ability to facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming
  • Understanding of estimation, velocity tracking, burndown/burn-up trends, and dependency management across CPQ + CRM + ERP teams

Agile Metrics & Tools

  • Experience using Jira / Azure DevOps for backlog visibility, sprint tracking, and release coordination
  • Ability to interpret delivery metrics such as sprint predictability, cycle time, and team velocity to support governance and continuous improvement

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Agile & Scrum Facilitation
  • Serve as the Scrum Master / Delivery Lead for one or more Oracle Cloud CPQ Agile teams
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive adherence to Agile principles and delivery discipline
  • Coach teams on self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Remove delivery impediments and shield teams from disruptions impacting sprint commitments

  1. Oracle Cloud CPQ Program Leadership
  • Lead delivery coordination across Oracle Cloud CPQ workstreams and ensure alignment to program priorities
  • Demonstrate strong functional understanding of Lead-to-Quote (L2Q) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business flows
  • Work closely with business and technology teams to support incremental, risk-aware delivery of CPQ capabilities
  • Provide program-level oversight of CPQ-related features such as configuration, pricing, approvals, and quote document processes

  1. Backlog & Delivery Management
  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and well-refined backlog
  • Ensure user stories are business-driven, clearly defined, and ready for execution by the development team
  • Facilitate estimation discussions and identify risks associated with unclear or underscoped requirements

  1. Dependency & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Track and manage dependencies across Oracle CPQ, CRM, ERP, and integration teams
  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Release Managers, architects, and business stakeholders to maintain delivery alignment
  • Escalate cross-team constraints and risks with clear impact assessment and mitigation planning

  1. Governance, Quality & Reporting
  • Support quality gates, UAT readiness, release planning, and production issue triage from a program governance perspective
  • Track delivery metrics such as velocity, predictability, and defect trends to enable informed decision-making
  • Provide concise status reporting to leadership, business stakeholders, and program management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Agile & Delivery Skills

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent preferred
  • Strong experience leading Agile delivery and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

Oracle CPQ & Domain Knowledge

  • Experience leading or supporting Oracle Cloud CPQ programs or delivery initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
  • Working knowledge of CPQ configuration, pricing, approvals, and integrations from a delivery oversight perspective
  • Awareness of BML, BMQL, and CPQ data structures sufficient to engage with technical teams; hands-on development experience is not required

Professional Skills

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance business urgency with delivery, technical, and compliance considerations
  • Experience working in cross-functional, globally distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP or CRM programs
  • Prior experience in Sales Operations, Pricing Governance, or Revenue Operations landscapes
  • Exposure to SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks

Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
