Job Description:
Agile Scrum Master
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (On-site)
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Role Overview
The Scrum Master is responsible for guiding Agile teams in applying Scrum principles, removing barriers to progress, and enabling continuous improvement. This role partners closely with Product Owners, cross-functional teams, and leadership to ensure delivery of products that meet business value objectives. The Scrum Master serves as a servant-leader, coach, and facilitator to help teams work efficiently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Agile or Scrum roles, with a background working with cross-functional software or business teams.
Skills:
Technical Skills: Experience with JIRA and other Agile project management tools.

The estimated pay rate for this position is $68.00 to $73.94 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package may be available to eligible employees.
