About the Role
Join our enterprise team as an Agile Scrum Master, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving delivery excellence and ensuring operational continuity across critical business workstreams. You'll coordinate multi-team projects delivering General Ledger capabilities, regulatory, automation, and capital initiatives. This high-impact position offers opportunities to influence enterprise outcomes, foster Agile practices, and step into leadership as teams transition and grow.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams to optimize workflow and productivity
- Implement and maintain robust Agile governance structures, ensuring compliance with project and regulatory deadlines
- Provide real-time visibility into project status, risks, and performance metrics using advanced JIRA tools
- Support PI Planning and cross-team coordination to align deliverables with enterprise objectives
- Drive continuous improvement by mentoring teams and promoting Agile best practices
- Backfill Scrum Master duties for transitioning teams to maintain momentum and avoid delivery delays
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years hands-on experience as a Scrum Master using JIRA
- Strong knowledge of JIRA Horizon
- Familiarity with JIRA Align
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple Agile teams
- Proven PI Planning expertise
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting major enterprise General Ledger and capital initiatives
- Background in regulatory and automation-focused programs
