This role supports one or more Agile teams in optimizing workflow and delivering value. Located in Chandler, AZ, this hybrid contract position focuses on coordinating Agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, and ensuring smooth delivery processes. Experience with generic technology tools is essential.

Description

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage team dependencies.
• Maintain visibility into delivery plans and team progress.
• Promote collaboration and communication across teams.
• Ensure deliverables are advanced effectively and efficiently.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and principles.
• Support continuous improvement and performance tracking.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and integrated delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide teams on Agile practices and strengthen understanding of principles.
• Facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Collaborate on maintaining a healthy backlog of tasks.
• Promote structured backlog readiness and dependency management.
• Provide visibility into progress, blockers, and risks.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience facilitating Agile delivery for technology programs.
• Ability to coordinate work across deliverables and support incremental delivery.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience using delivery metrics for performance assessment.
