Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support complex Agile delivery initiatives within an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record facilitating Agile teams, managing dependencies, coaching teams and stakeholders, and driving delivery visibility across large-scale programs.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of Scrum Master experience in complex enterprise Agile environments.

• Active Scrum/Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent.

• Expert-level experience facilitating:

• Daily stand-ups

• Sprint planning

• Sprint reviews/demos

• Retrospectives

• Backlog refinement

• PI Planning

• Strong experience with dependency management across multiple Agile teams/workstreams.

• Advanced hands-on experience with Jira, JQL, and Jira Align.

• Experience maintaining accurate Agile metrics, reporting, dashboards, and delivery visibility.

• Experience using AI productivity tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot, to improve backlog management, story creation, documentation, and team productivity.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within a complex enterprise environment.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure teams follow effective Agile practices.
• Drive backlog refinement, story readiness, sprint execution, and delivery commitments.
• Support and facilitate PI Planning and ongoing program-level coordination.
• Identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Leverage Jira, JQL, and Jira Align to provide accurate reporting and visibility into team and program delivery.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Use Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to improve productivity, backlog quality, story creation, and Agile documentation.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status.
• Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, predictability, and overall Agile maturity.
