Agile Scrum Master

Introduction

This role is responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams and is focused on serving the needs of the team to drive performance and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework, Agile principles, and ceremonies
• Proven experience facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Ability to ensure teams follow agreed Agile processes and practices
• Skilled in coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies
• Prior work experience in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in multiple Scrum teams or scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
• Ability to manage dependencies across larger programs or portfolios
• Experience using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down/up, cycle time)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies
• Managing dependencies for the team
• Providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress
• Enabling continuous improvement within the team
• Ensuring impediments are resolved quickly
• Promoting and coaching the Agile mindset and principles
