Introduction

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading one or more Scrum teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies, and providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress. The role requires a proactive individual who can enable continuous improvement and support key projects within our portfolio.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Scrum Master/PMP certification
- Experience with Quartz or Trading applications
- Proficiency in Python or SQL scripting
- Prior experience in Capital Markets, specifically in Fixed Income or Derivatives
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Business analyst experience with a focus on understanding business needs and analyzing solutions
- Experience driving technology projects within the Treasury space
- Experience in driving agile team maturity and best practices
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader to the teams and help resolve impediments
- Coach the team to achieve sprint goals and timelines, adhering to our ‘Definition of Ready’ and ‘Definition of Done’
- Schedule, facilitate, and coach agile routines and ceremonies including Sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint retrospectives, and PI planning
- Facilitate scaled planning for the team in a Scaled Agile model, including pre-planning preparation and PI planning events
- Enable the team to become high performing through collaboration and continuous improvement
- Provide delivery management for key deliverables
