Manager Note
- 7+ years of Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience.
- Strong JIRA, Confluence, backlog and sprint management experience.
- Scrum Master or Kanban Flow Master certification required.
- PI Planning and dependency tracking experience required.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- SAFe/SPC certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
- Manage backlog, sprint priorities, Epics, Stories, and Tasks.
- Identify and remove blockers/impediments.
- Track JIRA dashboards, velocity, burndown, and cycle time.
- Coordinate PI/release planning and dependencies.
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Manage risks and provide stakeholder status updates.
