Agile Program Manager (Enterprise Delivery)

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an Agile Program Manager (Enterprise Delivery) for their Seattle, WA location.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a large complex program
• Manage senior stakeholders
• Manage multi shore teams including offshore
• Good experience in managing Agile programs
• Hands on experience in ADO dashboards and reporting
• Liaison between client, Product owners, development teams
• Ownership of the program outcomes
• Governance, Reporting, Performance metrics to be owned and delivered
• Manage multi shore teams including offshore, onsite and client stakeholders

Requirements:

• Good experience in managing Agile programs
• Governance, Reporting, Performance metrics to be owned and delivered
• Approx 150 member team
• Own and drive teams to deliver Program outcomes in a multi culture, multi shore environment
• Experience in managing recovery programs
• Years of Experience: 20.00 Years of Experience
