    Description

    As a motivated self-starter with expert knowledge of Agile values and principles, the candidate will navigate and excel in a complex and fast-paced corporate environment. Converting ambiguity into clarity and leading teams and stakeholders onto a clearly defined roadmap will be paramount to the candidate's success. Additionally, as a servant leader, the candidate will empower and enable teams to delivery via the Agile way of working and organizing.

     

    Responsibilities include:

    -Leverage knowledge of the support environment and function to support squads with prioritization and managing of blockers / issues, escalation and solving on issues relating to the business

    -Transform teams onto the Agile way of organizing and working from traditional waterfall leveraging Agile values and principles

    -Enable respective team by coordinating (sometimes administering) training, bolstering collaboration, socializing best practices, implementing guardrails, etc.

    -Instill the Agile mindset by continuous team and individual-level Agile coaching

    -Enable teams/squads by eliminating blockers, optimizing operations, facilitating ceremonies, etc.

    -As-needed coaching based on Agile values & principles

    -Experience with virtual collaboration and related techniques

     

    Qualifications and Skills Required:

    -Preferred: Large scale Agile adoption experience

    -Preferred: Financial sector experience

    -Preferred: Support Services Experience

    -7+ year of PM and/or transformation lead experience

    -5+ years of working in a mature Agile environment

    -3+ years of resource management experience

    -5+ years of Agile Project Management experience with a proven track record

    -Extensive expertise of Agile values & principles and associated methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Scrumban)

    -Expertise in Agile tooling, especially JIRA

    -As-needed coaching based on Agile values and principles

    -Experience with virtual collaboration and related techniques

    -Prowess in creation and analytics of Agile reporting for both, squad improvement and management updates

    -Highly motivated individual

    - Self Starter who possess the ability to work in both an individual and team-based setting.

    Be able to operate in a demanding and dynamic environment

    -Highly knowledgeable in MS Office suite of applications.

    -Excellent written and oral communication skills

    -Motivated to work and learn in a complex, fast paced environment

    -Strong organization skills and attention to detail

    -Ability to work and deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring issues to resolution

    -Excellent relationship building capabilities with partners both internal and external to the organization
