    Position Description:

    CGI Federal is seeking an Agile Product Analyst - Mid Level to support Agile delivery activities as part of a major federal modernization program. Operating under the guidance of the Senior Agile Product Lead, this role focuses on developing user stories, refining requirements, supporting backlog prioritization, and coordinating functional and technical details with cross functional teams. The Agile Product Analyst ensures developers, testers, and engineering teams have the clarity needed to deliver high quality, mission aligned capabilities.

    Your future duties and responsibilities:

    Backlog & Requirements Support

    • Translate stakeholder and mission requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
    • Support backlog refinement and prioritization in alignment with the Senior Agile Product Lead
    • Document functional and technical requirements for applications, data workflows, and cloud based features

    Agile Delivery Collaboration

    • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
    • Provide clarification to developers, testers, cloud engineers, and migration teams during sprint execution
    • Coordinate with Scrum Masters to ensure readiness for development and testing activities

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Gather requirements from mission partners, government users, and technical SMEs
    • Support feature demos, sprint reviews, and user acceptance efforts
    • Communicate requirement changes, impacts, and risks to internal teams

    Analysis & Documentation

    • Produce business process flows, requirements documentation, and analysis artifacts
    • Maintain traceability between requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivered functionality
    • Assist with impact analysis for new features or evolving mission needs

    Quality & Acceptance Support

    • Review completed features against acceptance criteria to confirm functional readiness
    • Support defect triage, prioritization, and remediation planning
    • Coordinate with QA teams to ensure coverage aligns with documented requirements

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

    • Must have an Active Top Secret Security Clearance
    • U.S. Citizenship
    • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in business analysis, Agile delivery, or product support
    • Demonstrated ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
    • Experience collaborating with Agile development teams in technical environments
    • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting DOJ, FBI, Intelligence Community, or national security programs
    • Familiarity with cloud modernization, data workflows, or enterprise IT systems
    • SAFe or Scrum certification (CSPO, PO/PM, or similar)

    Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required.
