The Work:
Modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies. The System Automation Software Engineer will be responsible for:
Utilize a test framework to execute manual and automated tests
Author tests utilizing Cucumber and Playwright
Apply knowledge of microservices design & architecture, CI/CD, test frameworks and automation, and Agile methodology
Execute load and performance testing, chaos testing, functional testing, and end-to-end testing
Support Agile development and delivery of software
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline plus 9 years of experience, or a Master’s degree plus 7 years of experience, or equivalent experience/combined education
An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph (CI poly within 7 years)
