    Description

    Title: Agile Delivery Manager (Think Mobile app Agile Coach/PM or true People leader)
    Location: Miami, FL
    Type: 6 month contract to hire

    • They are looking for someone with strong coaching and people-development skills.
    • This job is focused less on project delivery and more on leadership, people management, and coaching.
    • Demonstrated experience delivering consumer-facing mobile applications or digital app capabilities across iOS and/or Android ecosystems.
    • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple Agile teams or pods in a matrixed product and engineering environment.
    • They will Lead large scale transformation and delivery initiatives across multiple teams
    • Drive execution, accountability, and alignment across cross functional stakeholders
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to delivery teams while helping elevate overall team performance
    • Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including work hierarchy, workflows, dashboards, roadmaps, dependency tracking, and delivery reporting.
    • Pluses
    • Candidates with cruise industry experience are preferred.
    • Agile certification such as CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
    • Project or program management certification such as PMP or PgMP.
    • Experience with AI-enabled capabilities in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or comparable enterprise tools.
