We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead agile delivery and ensure timely, high-quality execution of digital product initiatives. This role combines Scrum Master and Project Management responsibilities, working closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own planning and delivery across Planning Increments, sprints, and releases
Translate product roadmaps into clear execution plans and milestones
Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain team velocity and backlog health
Partner with engineering on delivery, releases, and production readiness
Manage risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
Provide regular reporting on delivery health, metrics, and KPIs
Maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in Project Management or Scrum Master roles
3+ years of experience in IT environments
Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams
Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Agile/Scrum certifications preferred;PMI or Lean Six Sigma a plus

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
