    Agile Coach / Trainer

    Location- Frisco, TX / Overland Park, KS / Bellevue, WA (Onsite from Day 1) Local Duration- W2

    Job Description

    SPC 6.0 Certification Mandatory.

    Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

    Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent

    Experience in Agile methodologies, preferably in a corporate setting

    Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

    Strong presentation and facilitation skills, specifically in a virtual environment

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong organizational and project management skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Job Responsibilities

    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet Agile training needs and align training delivery with the organization's goals and objectives.

    Develop and maintain training resources, including Sharepoint libraries, handouts, and other training resources.

    Deliver Agile training programs to a variety of audiences in terms of roles and levels, in a virtual instructor-led format.

    Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve their impact

    Work with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.

    Provide feedback to the instructional design team on the effectiveness of training delivery and learning initiatives.

    Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives.

    Manage and maintain training records and documentation.

    Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and training and development.

    Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams to reinforce and apply learning from training programs.

    Communicate training programs and their benefits to stakeholders to encourage participation and engagement.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Certification as both a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent.

    Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training software tools
