Experience & Knowledge

7+ years of hands-on agile experience in professional environments a MUST
3+ years in an agile coaching role supporting multiple teams a MUST
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworks
Demonstrated experience working in traditional or hybrid project management environments
Practical knowledge of traditional project management approaches and how to integrate them with agile practices
Experience coaching teams through incremental improvement

Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and technical practices that support agility
Familiarity with AzureDevOps (ADO) and/or other agile lifecycle management tools
