Role: Agile Business Analyst / Product Owner

The ideal candidate should have experience in:
- Partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
- Defining and documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, workflows, epics, and features to support Agile delivery.
- Managing and prioritizing product backlogs, including grooming, refinement, and alignment with business value.
- Facilitating discovery sessions, stakeholder discussions, requirements workshops, and Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement.
- Working closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to define MVP scope, delivery priorities, and phased implementation plans.
- Maintaining business-facing delivery roadmaps and communicating project status, risks, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, communication, Agile delivery, SDLC, backlog management, and requirements documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, supply chain, data, analytics, reporting, or regulated industries is preferred.
Also hands-on experience in some of the key areas required for this role, including:
- Defining quality user stories and acceptance criteria
- Backlog management and prioritization
- Stakeholder management and communication
