Description
We have a great opportunity for an Agglomerate Operator with a local manufacturing company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Ability to work in an organized and structured environment.
Ability to maintain accurate records.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow established procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cut and wind completed rolls using the appropriate equipment.
Load raw materials into machine hoppers and supply materials to designated machine areas.
Remove waste materials from extrusion machines and production areas.
Safely transport finished rolls to the designated staging area and cover them with film when required.
Keep machines, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
Perform routine cleaning of machines and the surrounding environment within the extrusion department.
Monitor equipment for malfunctions or deficiencies and report issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Follow machine warning signs, operating instructions, and directions from the lead operator and supervisor.
Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all occupational health and safety procedures.
Understand and follow emergency response and fire prevention procedures.
Follow applicable ISO 9001, HACCP, and SQF standards, procedures, and instructions.
Ensure the work area is clean and organized at shift change.
Perform other duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Manufacturing and production environment.
Work areas may be noisy and exposed to hot or cold temperatures.
Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout a 12-hour shift.
Must follow safety procedures when working around production machinery and equipment.

2-2-3 schedule
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
PAY
$23.00/hr base pay
+$1.00/hr night shift differential for night shift
