What We're Looking For
We are seeking a hands-on AI/platform/full-stack engineer who can help turn AI proofs of concept into secure, governed, production-ready capabilities. This is a builder role for someone who is comfortable working hands-on with emerging AI technologies while bringing the engineering discipline required to make them reliable, secure, observable, and scalable in a large enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience building and operating AI/agent platform components and implementing technical controls around sandboxing, identity, tool access, automated evaluation and testing, telemetry, state and recovery patterns, and reusable implementations.
