Agentic AI full stack Tech Lead

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Full Stack Tech Lead with strong expertise in .NET, React, Azure, and Generative AI to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent, AI-powered enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable full-stack solutions, architecting modern microservices, and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can mentor development teams, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with product, AI/ML, and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing AI-enabled applications.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams or serving as a Technical Lead.
• Hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using .NET/.NET Core, C#, and React.
• Experience designing and implementing Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience building and deploying applications on Client Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade full-stack applications using .NET and React.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices and backend systems.
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows, including LLM orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool integration, multi-agent systems, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Integrate AI services, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM APIs into production-ready applications.
• Build responsive, user-friendly React applications supporting AI-powered experiences such as chatbots, copilots, workflow automation, and intelligent dashboards.
• Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, AI/ML engineers, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions, perform architecture reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
