Must-Have Skills:
- Strong Python & SQL development experience
- Hands-on experience building LLM/GenAI applications (beyond chatbots/POCs)
- Expertise in RAG, Function Calling, Structured Outputs, AI Evaluations
- Strong Backend/API development (Auth, Validation, Error Handling, Testing)
- Experience with Databricks or similar enterprise data platforms
- Knowledge of Data Modeling, Relational Databases, Audit & Transaction Management
- Cloud experience, preferably Azure
- Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, Code Reviews, Deployment Automation
- Strong troubleshooting across application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers
- Understanding of secure enterprise development and sensitive data handling
- Excellent communication and ability to work independently in cross-functional teams
