Job Title: Agentic AI Engineer – AI Ops

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer – AI Ops to design, develop, and deploy advanced Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Google GECX Platform, Dialogflow AI, Python, and GCP services. The role involves building intelligent autonomous agents, developing scalable AI applications, and delivering production-grade solutions within an AI Ops environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions using Google GECX Platform and Dialogflow AI.

• Build intelligent autonomous agents that deliver measurable business value.

• Develop and deploy scalable, production-grade AI applications on Google Cloud Platform.

• Utilize GCP services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, and Secrets Manager for secure and reliable deployments.

• Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python, FastAPI, and Flask.

• Integrate AI components, cloud infrastructure, and client systems.

• Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and program managers to translate AI requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Apply AI Ops principles, including model deployment, monitoring, automation, and lifecycle management.

• Design and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines on GCP.

• Evaluate emerging GCP AI/ML services and Agentic AI capabilities.

• Contribute to technical best practices and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software or AI development.

• Hands-on experience delivering Agentic AI, Conversational AI, or NLP-based solutions on cloud platforms.

• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Practical experience with:

  • Google GECX Platform

  • Dialogflow AI

  • Cloud Run

  • Cloud Scheduler

  • Secrets Manager

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Experience developing and deploying RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI and Flask.

• Understanding of AI Ops principles, including model deployment, monitoring, automation, and lifecycle management.

• Ability to design end-to-end AI pipelines on GCP.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
