Key Responsibilities & Duties

Technology & Social Media Training
  • Consult with agents on social media best practices, content strategies, and lead generation to help grow their personal real estate businesses.
  • Facilitate Tech Assessments alongside the Team Leader (TL).
  • Evaluate support requests and build training modules based on frequently asked questions (FAQs).
  • Stay ahead of industry standards by studying real estate tech and social media trends, attending weekly regional and KWRI tech calls, and participating in monthly regional training masterminds.
Event Marketing & Digital Brand Management
  • Design and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote Market Center events, training classes, RED Day, BOLD, and community initiatives across all platforms.
  • Drive community engagement and build brand awareness by posting consistent social media updates (2–3 times per week) highlighting associate wins, event recaps, and tech highlights.
  • Create powerpoint presentations, promotional media, agendas, and digital assets for office and sales meetings.
First-Line Tech Support & Associate Services
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support for the Market Center, setting up associate KW accounts, websites, and Command databases.
  • Respond to all support inquiries within 1 business day and properly route higher-level escalation points.
  • Assist associates with ad-hoc tech issues, MLS integration, and automated marketing/social campaigns to their databases.
  • Assist the Market Center Administrator (MCA) with associate intake, executing onboarding connect meetings, and processing associate exit paperwork.

Growth, Recruiting & Competitive Intelligence
  • Support MC Leadership in recruiting top agents by sharing the KW technology and digital marketing value proposition.
  • Use competitor tech insights to highlight KW’s advantages to recruits and support KWRI feedback loops.
  • Send out weekly mailers to prospective agents completing their licensing.

Operations & Class Setup
  • Manage and update the overall Market Center training calendar.
  • Coordinate conference room reservations, make copies of training materials, and confirm attendance.
  • Set up training room computers and web displays prior to events.
  • Assist with execution of all Market Center events (RED Day, training events, food drives, BOLD lunches).
  • Enter new associate data into office systems (phones, copiers, intranet, address book).

First Impressions & Operations Management
  • Answer phones warmly, route calls accurately, and manage front desk operations (including virtual execution).
  • Maintain the office, inventory, supplies, and physical appearance of reception, training rooms, and conference rooms.
  • Oversee all office TV displays.

Associate Relations, Retention & Communication
  • Create and maintain a system for key associate touches (welcomes, birthdays, closed transactions, capping milestones) via email, and social media shoutouts.
  • Provide weekly updates to MC Leadership regarding bugs, developments, agent feedback, and tech engagement "wins."
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by the Team Leader or MCA.

Core Competencies & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in digital media strategy, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), and event promotion.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well with others and use team work and leverage technology to accomplish tasks. 
Candidates qualifying for the upper end of the experience/pay tier may be converted to a salaried role.
