Engage with local residents to understand their unique insurance needs and provide meaningful advice.
Create customized coverage options that offer genuine protection for families and businesses.
Manage incoming requests and follow up with potential clients to ensure they get the guidance they need.
Nurture long-term client relationships by being a consistent, reliable resource for any questions or changes.
Collaborate with the rest of the office to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.
Keep up to date on industry changes to ensure every policy remains accurate and helpful.
Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex information clearly.
Professional experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management.
Comfort working with computers and learning new software systems.
Dedicated work ethic with a desire to help people protect their futures.
Prior experience with insurance quoting software is a plus.
