Responsibilities
Reach out to community members to discuss their protection needs and offer helpful insurance solutions.
Guide potential clients through the process of choosing coverage that makes sense for their families and assets.
Prepare accurate quotes and explain complex policy details in plain, simple language.
Maintain organized records of client interactions to ensure timely follow-ups and service.
Collaborate with our local team to brainstorm new ways to reach and assist our neighbors in Chester.
Focus on long-term relationship building rather than quick transactions.
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in sales, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and clear articulation.
A natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Comfort working with standard office technology and client management software.
High school diploma or GED equivalent; post-secondary degree is a bonus.
