Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Identify and engage with individuals and families in the Chesterfield area to discuss their protection needs.

Analyze current market offerings to match clients with policies that offer the most value.

Maintain open lines of communication with existing clients to ensure their coverage evolves with their life changes.

Prepare and deliver clear, accurate quotes that help clients feel confident in their financial security.

Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure all policy applications move through the system smoothly.

Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on industry updates and regulatory changes.

Current Virginia Life and Health Insurance License.

Demonstrable history of successfully managing client relationships in the insurance sector.

Proficiency in navigating insurance carrier portals and CRM systems.

Strong command of written and spoken English for clear client communication.

Understanding of underwriting guidelines and policy compliance.

Self-motivation and a track record of meeting performance goals.
