    Location: Hybrid, JacksonvilleSchedule: Monday- Friday (9am- 6pm EST)

    What work will you perform?As an Agent Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the success of newly contracted Landstar Agents during one of the most important stages of their journey. Serving as the primary corporate point of contact, you'll guide new Agents through onboarding, training, and their initial few months with Landstar. You'll deliver engaging virtual training, provide ongoing coaching and operational support, and help Agents confidently navigate Landstar's systems and resources.     Essential Responsibilities:

    Required Minimum Experience and Education:

    High school diploma or General education degree (GED)One year of customer service in an office setting

    Preferred Experience:

    One-year transportation experience6 months of presentation experience, training experience, or equivalent of both

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

    Ability to create and maintain positive relationships fostering communication and cooperation with agents and Region personnel. Always maintain professional demeanor
