What You'll Do:

• Support Field Sales Assistant team in generating and updating sales reports for our multiline District Managers.
• Create materials for sales and district meetings and/or conferences using Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Canva. Designing conference presentations, participant guides, and supporting materials. Assisting with conference branding, signage, and agendas.
• Support the Field Support team with ad-hoc reports related to current sales trends or business need.
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned by Field Support department.

As an intern, you will also participate in corporate activities designed to provide exposure to our industry, organization, and culture. Our internship program follows an 80/10/10 approach:

• 80% of your time will be spent performing meaningful work and project-based assignments within your department.
• 10% of your time will be dedicated to learning from and networking with employees in other areas of the organization.
• 10% of your time will be spent participating in shared internship experiences that provide insight into our culture, leadership, and business operations.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

• Be a current college student (Junior or Senior status).
• Be dependable, organized, and proactive.
• Maintain effective communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and be team focused.
• Learn quickly and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in communications or graphic design is preferred but not required.
• Be able to work part-time from our office in West Des Moines, Iowa.
