Agency Success Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agency Success Manager to join our team. This is a full-time remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company. The Agency Success Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address any concerns or issues that may arise

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the construction industry and our company's services

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress of their projects

- Identify opportunities for growth and upselling to existing clients

- Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and develop strategies to acquire them

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our services

- Travel to client sites as needed to meet with clients and oversee projects

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a client-facing role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

- Willingness to travel as needed
