Agency Staff LPN

Job Title: LPN
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 0700pm - 7:30am (Every other weekend)

Job Description:

• As a continuing care LPN with Client, providing top-notch patient care is paramount.
• Under the direction of an RN, mid-level Provider, or Physician, you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Collects and monitors assessment data and reports physiological, psychological, sociocultural and spiritual needs of patients and families in coordination with and as delineated by the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician.
• You'll be a vital part of our team, making a real difference in the lives

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associated Degree in Nursing Preferred.
• Completion of an approved nursing program - Required.

Requirements:

• MI State LPN license.
• BLS AHA or ARC.
