Description
Training & Development
- Design, facilitate, and continuously improve recruitment training programs for new and experienced consultants.
- Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
- Create learning materials, guides, playbooks, and best-practice resources.
- Build structured onboarding programs that accelerate recruiter ramp-up and productivity.
Coaching & Performance Enhancement
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching to recruiters at all levels.
- Observe recruiter activity and identify opportunities for skill development.
- Coach teams on candidate generation, business development, client management, interviewing, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Support managers in developing high-performing recruitment teams.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with leadership to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with high-performing consultants to capture and share best practices.
- Support organizational initiatives focused on employee development, engagement, and retention.
Continuous Improvement
- Track training effectiveness and adoption.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhanced learning programs.
- Stay current on industry trends, recruitment strategies, and sales development best practices.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in agency recruitment, staffing, or executive search.
- Proven success as a top-performing recruiter and/or recruitment leader.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Passion for helping others succeed and grow professionally
- Loves developing people as much as closing placements.
- Frequently mentors teammates and shares best practices.
- Enjoys public speaking, presenting, and facilitating workshops.
- Wants to leverage their recruitment expertise in a broader organizational impact role.

Job Offer
$70,000 - $90,000 base + bonus
