Agency Operations Manager

Join Advantixx Insurance as Agency Operations Manager and help lead a high-performing, customer-focused insurance agency in Henderson.

ROLE SUMMARY

Own the daily operating rhythm of the agency, strengthen service and sales workflows, coach team members, and help leadership deliver consistent growth and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead daily priorities, workload balancing, service standards, and follow-up discipline.

• Coach team members on workflows, customer experience, documentation, and performance expectations.

• Monitor key operating metrics, pipelines, retention activity, and open tasks.

• Improve procedures for onboarding, training, scheduling, records, and quality control.

• Coordinate recruiting, licensing, carrier, vendor, and administrative workflows.

• Support compliant sales and service practices and escalate complex issues appropriately.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven leadership in insurance, financial services, retail, hospitality, or another service-driven operation.

• Strong coaching, process improvement, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Nevada P&C license is strongly preferred; willingness and ability to obtain licensing may be required.

• Comfortable using data and systems to drive accountability.
