Florida Best Quote Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced insurance agency operations leader to oversee and improve the way our agency operates.


This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of independent insurance agency workflows who knows how to manage leaders, improve processes, use data to drive performance, and create accountability across departments.


What You'll Do

• Lead department managers and team leads
  
  
• Oversee daily agency operations and departmental performance
  
  
• Establish and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and performance standards
  
  
• Identify operational issues and implement solutions
  
  
• Improve agency workflows, SOPs, training, and quality assurance
  
  
• Develop managers and help strengthen leadership throughout the agency
  
  
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  
  
• Partner with our Systems Director on technology and automation initiatives
  
  
• Lead cross-department operational projects
  
  
• Help ensure issues are resolved at the appropriate level before reaching executive leadership
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience
  
  
• Significant independent insurance agency or brokerage experience
  
  
• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably managing managers or multiple departments
  
  
• Strong knowledge of insurance agency operations
  
  
• Experience managing performance through KPIs, scorecards, and reporting
  
  
• Proven ability to improve processes and develop employees
  
  
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
  
  
• Ability to hold teams accountable and lead organizational change
  
  

Florida P&C experience is preferred.


Compensation


$80,000-$100,000 plus performance-based annual bonus.
